      Warranty and RMA Procedure
 
THE RETAIL STORE IS NOT AUTHORIZED TO DO ANY REFUNDS OR IN STORE CREDITS WITHOUT XTREME MOBILE’S APPROVAL AND RMA NUMBER!
 
Xtreme Mobile Defective Product and Return Policy
 
0 to 15 days from the date of purchase.
 
·        During this time period you may exchange the defective phone and accessories at a participating retail store chain from which you bought the product. 
 
·        Before you exchange the product you must contact Xtreme Mobile to receive a valid RMA Number. 
 
·        The clerk will use the RMA Number to verify that this exchange has been authorized. 
 
·        NO EXCHANGES WILL BE DONE WITHOUT A VALID RMA NUMBER.    
 
·        Please Call: 888-699-8736 Monday through Friday between 9am to 6pm EST and Saturday between 11am to 5pm EST to receive a valid RMA Number. 
 
After 15 days from the date of purchase
 
·        After 15 days returns must be mailed, along with proof of purchase with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the packaging.
 
·        Before you exchange the product you must contact Xtreme Mobile to receive a valid RMA Number.
 
·        NO EXCHANGES WILL BE DONE WITHOUT A VALID RMA NUMBER.
 
·        Please Call: 888-699-8736 Monday through Friday between 9am to 6pm EST and Saturday between 11am to 5pm EST to receive a valid RMA Number.     
 
·        You are responsible for return shipping charges. It is recommended that returns be made via a shipping method with tracking capabilities along with the ability to provide delivery receipt/confirmation. Please include a valid return address and daytime phone number.
